To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為一個九龍人,去天水圍的次數真的是十隻手指數得曬,因為路程實在是比去深圳還遙遠🙈和兩個老同學約了許久要去找她們一聚,今天終於成行。富臨是經常去的酒家之一,最愛她的黃金煎堆,大大粒,一咬下去,滿口的芝麻香,每次必點。鮑汁鳳爪也是每次必點之一,份量大方,煲得夠Lum又入味。虎皮青椒是老同學的選擇,煎得香口惹味,就是略嫌稍油。蘿蔔絲酥是我們的共同所好,外皮酥脆細緻,吃得到條條分明的蘿蔔絲。突然想吃豬手雞蛋薑醋,豬手入味軟Lum,但是薑過老有絲兼煲得太爛了。流沙包足餡但略嫌皮厚。最後是籠仔蒜香斑件飯,斑魚片頗有嚼勁,火候剛好,但是墊底的炒飯過於濕爛。好豐富滿足的一頓午餐,謝謝老同學們作東😘😘😘相聚的時光總是美好。飯後一起登山看日落,快樂就是這麼簡單。
