><近年元朗錦田嗰邊起咗好多新樓盤有人氣嘅地方自然有美食🤤識食嘅朋友帶我去試新野 食元朗少見嘅高質鐵板燒兩個人食咗二人前set- 特上活鮑鐵板燒 ($1980)首先黎左個沙律+東風螺前菜有我至愛嘅冰菜😍 東風螺有酒味好香師傅炮製海鮮之前 先俾d 新鮮海鮮引下我地先隻鮑魚仲識郁㗎第二道係北海道帆立貝紫菜高湯同三文魚籽帶出帆立貝嘅鮮甜下一道係白甘鯛配黑松露薯泥師傅用油炸一炸魚鱗 同焗熟魚身所以魚肉好滑 魚鱗脆卜卜得嚟唔油膩之後就到重頭戲燒澳洲活鮑魚唔同烹煮方式兩種食法:淋身&爽口 嘆完海鮮就食法國鵝肝好滑好多油脂 好細心安排咗一小口青檸啫喱清一清油膩感終於到我最期待嘅A5 鹿兒島野崎和牛😍厚切和牛油脂分佈均勻 配角嘅蒜片係即炒 非常香脆 無油膉味食完牛之後 有鐵板燒必備嘅炒飯值得一提係個鯛魚湯有驚喜非常香濃嘅魚味同豆腐味最後有雪糕作結 我揀左蕃薯味 好滿足呀🤩><><><><><><><><><><崟元朗錦田高埔村1
