一道相對重口味的菜式,用了風乾了一晚的本地三黃雞,再加上了少少檸檬汁來燒,入口時帶輕微的酸味中和油膩感。外表香脆,而內裡肉質異常地多汁鮮嫩,非常出色。另外還配上一杯蜂蜜青檸梳打以解油膩,顯出廚師非常細心和心思。

和馬來西亞小食「雪球餅」。

總結:一個非常滿足的北歐fusion fine dining,每道菜都好有特色,賣相吸引,食材講究味道亦很出色,「aera」是一間很有誠意用心經營的餐廳,值得推薦👍🏻
