To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 國慶假期,旅行好貴,所以留港消費。剛好這集團推出現金劵,付一千,得1150,計落平過九折。實行買一套,即買即用。三拼燒味晚餐 選燒鵝 叉燒 白切雞 可是忘了拍照,三拼一上枱,白飯很快被搶光了!叉燒表面有糖漿,肉有底味。 白飯配燒鵝皮,變成燒鵝皮壽司。飯有飯味,配上燒鵝汁叉燒汁一流。薯仔牛柳粒  牛肉口感鬆軟,無雪味,也沒有鹹水味,很喜歡這個牛肉粒。薯仔軟綿綿,容易咬,無牙阿婆都食到。碟底剩下很多油。胡椒豬肚雞煲  生雞肉另上,自己放雞入鍋。 即煮的雞肉滑溜,豬肚爽脆。最後來一碗胡椒湯,熱辣辣,暖笠笠。熱奶茶 無影到埋單2百几個大洋,可使用四張劵。
