Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 國慶假期,旅行好貴,所以留港消費。剛好這集團推出現金劵,付一千,得1150,計落平過九折。實行買一套,即買即用。三拼燒味晚餐 選燒鵝 叉燒 白切雞 可是忘了拍照,三拼一上枱,白飯很快被搶光了!叉燒表面有糖漿,肉有底味。 白飯配燒鵝皮,變成燒鵝皮壽司。飯有飯味,配上燒鵝汁叉燒汁一流。薯仔牛柳粒  牛肉口感鬆軟,無雪味,也沒有鹹水味,很喜歡這個牛肉粒。薯仔軟綿綿,容易咬,無牙阿婆都食到。碟底剩下很多油。胡椒豬肚雞煲  生雞肉另上,自己放雞入鍋。 即煮的雞肉滑溜,豬肚爽脆。最後來一碗胡椒湯,熱辣辣,暖笠笠。熱奶茶 無影到埋單2百几個大洋,可使用四張劵。 continue reading

今日下午茶黎左食太興,今次仲特別叫左佢期間限定既野飲🙈♦️油雞瀨粉:好香,雞肉唔會好多骨而且湯都唔會好油🤗♦️燒鵝鹹蛋飯:之前食試過比好少肉好多都係骨同肥膏,不過今次有改善多數都係肉,而且好易咬開,今次幾好味😋♦️粉紅色的浪漫(水蜜桃汁+玫瑰花茶+寒天晶球)(加$3):呢杯比較重水蜜桃味反而冇乜玫瑰花味,我個人唔係幾中意係最上面加啲玫瑰花,因為口感係好硬咬唔開環特登吐出 ♦️沿桃有莉(水蜜桃汁+茉莉花茶+桃)(加$3):呢杯覺得幾清新 水蜜桃味唔會蓋過茉莉花茶味,反而兩者都幾夾~而且入面都有好幾舊 continue reading

諗起佢既冰鎮奶茶,剛下午茶時段,毫不猶豫入去店內,叫了星洲炒米和冰鎮奶茶。冰鎮奶茶係唔錯,茶、奶、甜度合適,令人回味。但它的炒米真的整需改善:下單後幾分鐘已上碟,很明顯是一早炒定,見單就用微波爐叮返熱,所以米粉係乾和硬。另外過份的是,碟炒米幾乎無配料,食緊齋米,份量極少,女仔都唔夠食,但價錢是$57,相信很多店可取代。人家說名大過實,就是如此。 continue reading
