To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冰鎮奶茶係唔錯,茶、奶、甜度合適,令人回味。
但它的炒米真的整需改善:下單後幾分鐘已上碟,很明顯是一早炒定,見單就用微波爐叮返熱,所以米粉係乾和硬。另外過份的是,碟炒米幾乎無配料,食緊齋米,份量極少,女仔都唔夠食,但價錢是$57,相信很多店可取代。人家說名大過實,就是如此。

👍這個湯是全晚最好味嘅食品,杏汁湯味濃, 還有幾舊豬肺及豬展肉,超足料😋
濃香星洲炒米粉 $67
咖哩味炒得都算香濃,
但只有三粒蝦球, 炒米粉份量也不算多, 以這個價錢, 略嫌高了些!
如果這個價錢附送餐茶嘅話, 感覺會抵啲😉
我叫咗火腿米粉拼滑蛋多士,我朋友就叫咗餐肉蛋公仔麵。
碗火腿米粉仲有生菜,感覺上好健康, 米粉份量適中,真係健康之選. 蛋炒得非常非常之滑,係出邊茶餐廳好少食得到,多士都烘得好脆。
餐肉滑蛋公仔麵,餐肉果然係頂級,煎得好香口,蛋同樣炒得好滑,配埋公仔麵一流。雖然食公仔麵好邪惡,但係都忍唔住次次都叫黎食。
熱奶茶係我每個星期最期待的,我通常會食完份早餐先至叫侍應起奶茶,咁奶茶就唔會凍咗唔好飲. 奶茶嘅奶同茶比例適中,非常香濃,係我最鍾意飲嘅。
- 員工態度惡劣
屋企人打算6pm左右食,所以未到6點就去取盆菜,可能係第一個去取吧,不用排隊等侯就拎到了,但的確好重份量,要由家中男仕先拎得到回家。
對於整個包裝都幾滿意,盆菜會有膠蓋蓋住,再用膠袋裝好,然後還有不織布袋裝住,取回家都方便,還有一盒有成2碗份量咁多的醬汁,也是另外有膠袋裝好,取回來時,醬汁都是微暖的,盆菜和醬汁都完整無缺。
拿回家後,把醬汁倒入盆菜中,把裝燒雞的膠碟也取走,然後送上爐頭直接加熱10分鐘左右就可以食用,我們不清楚膠蓋是否耐高溫,所以就無加蓋。
食時發現最表面的菜都是微暖,所以下次煮時最好用其他鍋的蓋子蓋好會比較好。
這個盆菜實在太豐富了!鮑魚、翅、蠔豉、髮菜、花膠、燒雞、燒鴨、燒豬肉、豬手、蝦、冬菇、菜、豬皮、雲耳、蘿蔔、芋頭、丸、魚腐、腐竹,應有盡有!😋😋😋
而且食物有質素,份量都好多,實際上我們只是4個人食,但食完都只是食左約一半,所以8個人食其實都可能夠!
鮑魚、蝦、冬菇都好大隻,醬汁方面係用南乳醬調成的醬汁,見咁大碗(正常飯碗計,幾2碗左右份量),屋企人怕咸加多左水入去煮,最後煮完唔會過咸,我們無配飯食都食得好滋味。
食完最大感想就是建設先把髮菜、翅先食,否則會跌左落啲醬汁到就難食到,咁最後就會隨醬汁倒走,太興這個盆菜真的很豐富,如果下年再有,都會考慮買。😍
🍔室內環境:一貫太興燒味風格,正常。座位輕鬆。
🍰服務質素:侍應服務態度勤快既,人雖然多但上菜速度同落單都滿意。
🔺用餐簡評:自己之前食燒味不時都會揀呢間落腳貪佢水準正常,今次就叫左燒鵝髀飯,上枱賣相都吸引,吸落油脂連皮肉食,香口好食,但佢既皮好可惜係完全做唔到脆既效果囉,但佢隻鵝既質素唔差,亦唔會太廋,有加配菜,讚👍
🔹總括來講:中等燒味店。
午市睇完menu又唔想揀四寶類,最後揀咗肉燥飯。有菜有蛋,比一般茶餐廳好啲啲。肉燥堅高質,望落唔似好多,但撈埋飯真係每啖都有,而且幾好味。配埋嘢飲先$52,都算抵食。
