老實說,這間mokumoku yakiton居酒屋真心太出色,而無一樣食物我是不滿意的。首先,論環境地方雖細小但座位與座位之間很寛闊。就算坐滿餐廳都不會太吵,小聚會一流!上居酒屋,第一時間先叫一杯小酌一下,本人獨愛suntory啤酒,而男友則點了乳酸梳打,酸酸甜甜,寧舍開胃食物方面先來一個冷凍蕃茄做前菜,配上特製柚子醬汁,突顯蕃茄鮮甜,so good再來一個煙燻豬腩肉,救命!令我吃不停口,首先腩肉非常非常juicy,外皮脆口,入口即溶,配上芥末醬錦上添花,必點豬肉釀冬菇亦同樣juicy!豬肉一早已醃好,味道適中,加上冬菇味味道好香!味噌牛筋則較爽口,貫徹日本傳統口味,口味偏甜,但勝在入味,送清酒絕配。黑豚肉腸用上貴價豬肉,沒有膻味反而肉味濃郁,配沙律醬好好食雞骨豬肉腸串外型特別,同樣是豬肉腸,但吸收了雞骨香味,又有另一個感覺!日本青椒仔爽口多汁,清清味蕾再接再厲厚切牛舌同樣美味,利害之處是保留所有肉汁,而且口感在爽口與稔軟間取得一個完美的平衡,好正西班牙夾心肉第一次品嚐,肉質嫩滑,有點像豬頸肉,同樣十分juicy!海鮮則點了時令的燒粒貝,想不到內𥚃肉挺多的,熟成度大概8成,完美地保留肉
