呢度甜品都係生酮友好與無麩質（無麵粉與精製糖喲！）加以仙人掌糖整成，對身體無負擔；
圓圓的小卷蛋同普通蛋糕同樣鬆軟，cream綿綿的；宇治抹茶款入口濃厚🍵，有種令我記得京都雪糕既回甘感◝꒰´꒳`꒱◟雖然我個人私心推介黑芝麻，已經其他分店叫過好多次啦～水準保持♤

Alchemy Origin's first branch was opened in 2012 in the Wah Hing House of Hong Kong's Wanchai district, with only 18 seats...and they're back!💓 The new shop is designed to showcase the origin of its coffee. The owner personally sources beans from around the world and brings them back to Hong Kong, and the new shop tells the story of this journey.
The design is inspired by the origin of the coffee beans, featuring an African-style rammed earth wall with layers of textures. One of the transparent tables showcases the landscape of Columbia, depicting the farming scene. Some other tables also feature maps to further highlight the origin of the coffee beans.
Inside the coffee shop, there is a feature decoration corner with books, little displays🪵, a coffee pot☕️, and cupping spoon, bringing a spice of origin to the display. The decoration corner showcases the owner's journey to Columbia, Ethiopia, and Brazil, which builds the "origin" of Alchemy.
Aside from the well-blended coffee, the shop also offers more coffee choices with three kinds of blends, as well as some curry products that are exclusive to the Quarry Bay shop. Alchemy Origin will be a great place for coffee enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals to get connected °꒰⑅•ᴗ•⑅꒱
