To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹我帶我去，原來好方便行幾分鐘便到。晚上餐廳內好多客人，D座位坐得幾舒服，仲有電視睇~ 海膽香煎帶子海鮮汁意大利粉拌香蔥蛋醬(跟羅宋湯、餐飲及甜品)羅宋湯幾好味(有埋脆身麵包條)，酸酸地又多蔬菜粒。意粉個香蔥蛋醬好creamy，又帶少許鹹香。海膽煮熟後為粒狀配埋質感好滑既帶子食好正😊。甜品朱古力蛋糕幾濃味，質感軟屬！炸豬手自家醬配上豬手食唔停口，外皮炸到超脆，而豬手肉好冧身又厚身有口感！

海膽香煎帶子海鮮汁意大利粉拌香蔥蛋醬(跟羅宋湯、餐飲及甜品)
