To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟到太古食晚餐，無意中喺網上面見到呢間餐廳，佢勁近太古站😎餐廳裝修唔錯，坐得幾舒服，餐廳仲可以包場😻我哋叫咗一個Dinner set，燒美國prime 牛扒🥩，晚餐會包餐湯麵包，主菜同埋甜品仲有飲品，性價比好高😻牛扒叫咗五成熟，牛味濃郁，肉質幾嫩滑🤤值得一提嘅係羅宋湯都勁足料，味道好正😎另外叫咗佢哋chef recommend 既即燒熟成黃油雞半隻，佢哋係即叫即整，所以上枱係熱辣辣，黃油雞皮脆肉滑，而且雞味好濃，入邊仲有薯仔紅蘿蔔等蔬菜，連啲蔬菜都好入味😻呢個係必點之選😎甜品都好靚，有兩個蛋糕同埋有擺碟，仲有啲生果，好適合打卡😎
