好耐無去「Banchan & cook」,有啲心思思掛住佢既蛋包飯添。今次都喺去太古分店,餐廳採用自助形式,自行倒飲品(有清水&水果水提供!!),領取餐具、紙巾,很方便。<明太子慢煮雞肉蛋包飯> $112蛋包飯包裹炒香的米飯,淋上明太子醬。雞蛋滑嫩,喺我最喜歡的半熟質感。慢煮雞肉以鹽、胡椒醃過,肉質比像中嫩滑+入味。<韓式辣炒年糕> $89年糕煙韌,唔算好辣,配料除年糕,仲有魚糕+韓式餃子,餃子正好可以蘸上年糕汁食用。<初雪芝士炸雞 無骨半份> $108驚太飽食唔落只喺點了半份,但都有7-8件雞。雞件爽脆,芝士粉甜鹹甜鹹,頗有新鮮感,配料則有炸年糕同埋薯條。<南瓜提拉米蘇> $52南瓜最近榮登我的最愛。提拉米蘇食得出南瓜的味道,雖然海綿蛋糕較乾身,但南瓜忌廉超多,所以入口都好順滑。<焦糖脆脆鮮奶咖啡> $48呈深棕色的咖啡上有個靚靚心形拉花。由於有焦糖嘅甜味所以唔苦,所以我估唔鍾意苦咖啡既人都可以試試。<無花果梳打> $42梳打是以無花果醬混合梳打水而成,味道唔算太甜,飲落清爽,入面更有兩塊
