To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日第一次試呢間，下午一點前到，見門口好多人，以為要等位， 點知係吾洗嘅，因為門口嘅人都只係等外賣的。叫咗個小鍋米線加雞絲酸辣湯小辣，由落單到食得等左25分鐘，因為廚房好似都吾係跟次序出單嘅，而且主力做外賣，得閒先做堂食，吾怪之得熟客都知晒行程賣外賣好過啦。講返個味道先， 湯底偏酸， 小辣不辣，雞絲好鞋。 不過都會再來試其他口味嘅😅
