To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由細到大, 幫襯咗譚仔咁多年, 睇住佢由細舖搬大舖, 諗住會越做越好啦, 但 實在忍無可忍, 估唔到第一次寫食評就要駡佢啦....第一: 自搬新舖後, 上菜速度越嚟越慢啦. 好似今晚咁, 八點鐘去到落單, 但職員竟然等到八點十分先去入單, 好啦, 到嘢食嚟齊, 時間已經係八點二十五分, 天呀...............之前去好幾次都係咁, 初初以為職員唔熟啲電腦運作, 但到依家都仲係咁.......而我亦曾試過外賣睇吓會唔會快啲啦. 收工時地鐵去到荔枝角站時打電話去落order, 大約十分鐘後去到, 都仲要等一陣先有得攞, 唉.....第二: 米線質素下降了...最愛的酸辣湯底越嚟越唔酸唔辣, 今晚食仲又如清湯般. 另外, 米線仲有啲硬添喎.第三: 土匪雞翼一啲都不復以往了. 以前的土匪雞翼, 香料味濃又入竹味, 但現在, 只得外皮有味, 內裡淡的. 唯一可以keep到的, 便是雞翼一如以往的大隻囉.
