To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳改得無錯，就係太好吃。最仲要又抵食。餐廳中午好多人，每次都要等位。早去遲去，人流都仍然咁多。兩點幾去吃飯都坐滿咁制。碗面賣相平平無其。到底有幾好吃呢。雞翼有三隻，我忍唔住吃左隻先影相。 雞翼好入味，多汁，煎得黎又唔油。個湯更正，我叫左冬陰功湯底。唔會過辣過酸，吃完唔會口乾，尼個證明左少味類。
