To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到尖沙咀既殿大喜屋，係作為大喜屋系列高級啲既選擇，會多左一啲平時無，比較昂貴既食材，例如拖羅，鮑魚，鵝肝，海膽，榴槤等等。刺身有好多款選擇，絕對唔比外面既日本餐廳少，全部都好新鮮，解凍得好好。嚟到梗係要食拖羅同蟹腳啦！松葉蟹腳好鮮美，肉質緊實。拖羅無筋，入口即化，超級肥美，滿口充滿油脂感！另外仲有海膽手卷，口感幼滑，味道鮮甜唔會好重明礬味。熟食方面選擇多到眼花撩亂，有清酒煮蜆，各式各樣串燒同埋天婦羅，嚟得殿大喜屋點少得鵝肝！超級厚切，好滿足，我地都encore左幾次！甜品有好多唔同選擇，包括楊枝甘露、木糠布甸、tiramisu等等。同時餐廳提供左雪糕機，可以自己製作想要既雪糕，密瓜軟雪糕、乳酪軟雪糕和原味雪糕任你選擇。雪糕櫃仲有Haggen-Dazs，多種口味全部任吃！飲品方面提供左大量無酒精飲品和酒精飲品。無酒精飲品包括唔同汽水，茶，咖啡，椰青水同埋無糖飲品選擇，減少罪惡感！而酒精飲品包括梅酒、白酒和清酒。好滿意既一餐，我地都好滿足，食物質素好好，不枉係香港最多人食既放題餐廳之一！
