今日放工行完花墟就黎到太子搵食,男友又話想飲返杯所以去附近酒吧街睇下啦,見呢間🎃Halloween👻佈置又靚,入面又幾多人咁,就諗住入去試下。雖然係間Bar,但佢個food menu好多野食,好在咋🤣唔講唔知原來呢間係Tapas bar,啱哂我呢D又貪心想叫多幾樣但又食唔得好多野女人💃🏼我地揀左飲品、3個tapas同一個main dish,大家既願望都滿足到。先來左飲品🍺🍹同小食🥜,店員話個nachos每一枱收40蚊,不過無限refill既。我鍾意佢跟埋sour cream食真係絕配🤤雖然口就話咪食咁多,怕一陣食物黎既時候食唔哂,但有sour cream去點真係停唔到口🙀個炒辣魷魚🦑幾香口,其實唔係話好辣,但佢有好多sauce,好似韓式炒年糕既醬,香辣味🌶同埋有好多蒜片! 魷魚既口感唔錯,份量都OK,我地兩個都每人食到6舊左右。另外揀左個招牌香燒乳豬仔🐷,一睇個賣相就知正! 舊乳豬燒到個皮好香同脆,中間有塊青瓜🥒、下面就有塊法包多士🥖一客有4塊,抵食! 而且一咬落去個皮脆但內真係好嫩,又唔會好油! 中間舊青瓜同個肉真心好夾,肉偏咸但正正青瓜就清甜,同埋加埋個多士,三樣野都好crunch

個炒辣魷魚🦑幾香口,其實唔係話好辣,但佢有好多sauce,好似韓式炒年糕既醬,香辣味🌶同埋有好多蒜片! 魷魚既口感唔錯,份量都OK,我地兩個都每人食到6舊左右。

另外個西班牙炸角仔🥠我都好鍾意,一上枱時熱辣辣,咬黎去個角仔又唔油,似係焗起多D,好鬆既酥皮配入面既白汁忌廉煙肉粒同火腿🍖。而且我鍾意個汁唔會太濃味,好食!

男友話食呢D tapas到喉唔到肺🙈好彩個肉醬千層麵🍝都滿足到🤤睇相好似唔大,其實好巨架,只係佢落更多既肉醬好似好細咁😂我覺得個sauce好足料,有好多肉之外個茄味好鮮仲有D紅蘿蔔🥕得配菜。而且呢個汁就夠哂杰,用好多茄膏同蕃茄🍅去整! 至於個lasagna個皮就有少少厚,入面都有肉醬既,如果可以整薄少少加多一層咁就口感會更好。
食埋個lasagna真係飽哂啦,我地今晚坐係吧,一路食一路睇bartender 調酒🍷🥃🍸🍹都相當專業。買單時同店員講起原來bartender 攞左個Certificate in Bartending,而且呢間餐廳係畀西班牙領事館連續兩年揀左做佢地既one of the favorite Spanish restaurants in HK😯👏🏼而且我覺得呢間 restaurant-bar真係做到又有氣氛之餘食物質素都相當有水準,係太子呢一帶真係最好既選擇🤗
