To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友一人嗌左一個餐。套餐奉送餐湯及熱飲。我和朋友分別嗌左中湯和西湯。中湯是花生蓮藕湯；西湯是粟米忌廉湯。❤️香煎帆立貝蟹子伴墨魚汁燴意大利飯帆立貝煎得剛好唔會太乾身👍🏻。還有大量蟹子，混入意大利飯中同吃很有口感～❤️黑椒汁牛扒配蒜香羅勒醬燴意大利粉牛扒大大塊😍，配上微辣的黑椒汁同吃份外滋味😋。內有蒜片，很香口～😋還有我最愛吃的秋葵和粟米🌽等配菜👍🏻。凡惠顧任何主食或套餐可加$40換購蜜椒單骨雞翼（6件）拼芝麻蝦多士（2件）。蜜椒單骨雞翼（6件）吃起來很方便😋👍🏻。有蜜糖甜甜地好sweet!芝麻蝦多士（2件）面上鋪滿了黑芝麻😍，夠足料！外層多士炸得鬆脆唔硬，夾在中間的蝦膠十分彈牙😋。和朋友各自加了$6 配熱柚子蜜和加了$6 配熱薑菊蜜。兩杯飲即叫即沖，夠晒熱！👍🏻喺呢個微涼嘅天氣飲暖身又滋潤～🥰呢間餐廳重係全日免收加一！👍🏻
