To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太子花園街高CP值西餐，就係地鐵站出嚟幾分鐘路程的紅橋餐廳，夜晚都幾多客人。黑椒汁牛扒 配蒜香羅勒酱燴意大利粉 $96牛扒好嫩配上又香又暖的黑椒汁，暖胃又滿足，蒜香羅勒酱清新所以唔會成個餐都好膩，仲有蔬菜玉米，成個餐的份量好足料。黑松露忌廉海蝦 燴意粉 $72黑松露好多好香，但最出名係個忌廉汁，香濃creamy，每一啖都包住意粉，奶香味十足，必食之選。跟餐仲加左蝦多士同雞翼，蝦多士炸的十分香脆，而雞翼用柚子蜜包裹住不油膩。紅豆冰亦係必叫之選，佢地加入牛奶做的冰，所以唔會越飲越淡，有誠意。🥢紅橋 🌏太子花園街230號地舖
