FD黎香港旅行,話想體驗下香港嘅酒吧,咁試試哩間啦。酒吧環境好有feel,就算坐滿,都好安靜,方便兩個人傾偈。Shirley Temple, 好靚嘅一杯mocktail, 從紅色到黃色逐層漸變,晶瑩透亮。飲落唔會好甜,微微車厘子味道同埋有少少青檸清香。香煎和牛舌配番茄莎莎,牛舌厚切好大一件,表面微焦,內裡juice,再加埋酸辣風味嘅番茄莎莎,好清爽啲前菜。即刨帕爾馬火腿,估唔到分量幾多下,仲會搭配埋油漬橄欖,麵包片同沙律菜。火腿肥瘦均勻,入口鹹香,有少少煙熏味,就酒一流。墨西哥傳統牛肉餡餅,餡料皮脆肉厚,內裡餡料用咗咖喱調味,食落好有印度風情。仲落咗大量馬蘇里拉芝士,拔絲效果一流。西班牙油蒜辣椒炒蝦,用鐵鍋送上來,可以一直keep到溫度。蝦肉大大隻,肉質彈牙爽口,調味偏香辣,配菜嘅蒜片同辣椒超好味,全部食曬。
