通常一講潮州菜第一時間都會諗到「打冷」,不過大多數都係舊式裝修又比較嘈雜,但今次黎到呢間餐廳打破左平時嘅諗法,餐廳裝修得好古色古香,原來佢係三級歷史建築改建而成,仲保留左某部分古老嘅建築特色。1️⃣ 鵝三寶 $298食潮州菜當然要叫返個滷水拼盤,而呢度嘅鵝三寶有鵝肉、鵝腸同鵝肝,鵝腸新鮮爽脆,帶有少量肥膏,鵝肉已起骨,肉質細軟,最正係個鵝肝,滑嫩甘香又厚身,唔似西式鵝肝會有油膩感,仲有幾舊滷水豆腐墊底,吸哂啲滷水汁,個汁唔會太鹹仲帶啲甜味😋2️⃣ 潮州紅燒魚翅 $438湯底味道非常濃郁,食得岀有瑤柱同金華火腿,質感稠身,魚翅份量好多,可以用筷子夾起,真係真材實料, 店員仲推介配醋及芫荽一齊食,會有另一番風味。3️⃣ 魚露浸花甲 $198潮州菜都好多海鮮類,今次就揀左花甲,上碟就已經去左半殼,好方便食用,每隻花甲都好大隻又肥美,啖啖肉仲無沙,魚露同蒜片更帶岀花甲本身原有嘅鮮味。4️⃣ 老藥桔 ($20)唔好睇佢黑蚊蚊其貌不揚咁,佢其實係潮汕特色飲品,仲好有益,有潤肺、化痰止咳等功效,味道鹹鹹地又甜甜地,呢排天氣乾燥,飲返杯仲可以滋潤喉嚨。5️⃣ 反沙芋頭 $58最後叫返經典潮州甜品,絕對係一個手工菜,砂糖結

最後叫返經典潮州甜品,絕對係一個手工菜,砂糖結成粉狀,變成一層白霜完美咁包住啲芋頭,而芋頭嘅軟糯加上脆卜卜嘅砂糖外殼,外脆內軟,入口仲係熱辣辣,為呢餐飯畫上完美嘅句號。

總的來說,環境古典優雅,樓底好高,坐得好舒服,而食物都有一定嘅水準,店員亦都勤快有禮,值得一試。
