潮州菜黎講,陳儀興尚潮樓一直都無令我失望。地點方便,環境舒適,食物唔錯。裝修傳統而又優雅。 叫多幾個朋友一齊食,仲可以食多幾樣野。由於大家太肚餓,有啲食左兩舊先影,有啲無影相。本身想叫炸普寧豆腐,可惜無貨。 魚露浸花甲:簡簡單單已經有唔錯嘅賣相,新鮮好味 鵝六寶:鵝肉、鵝肝、鵝腸、鵝掌、鵝翼、鵝蛋,滷水好入味,唔會死咸,鵝腸亦都好肥美 碧綠川椒雞:香滑嘅雞件帶有麻香,少少辣(真係少少),炸過嘅珍珠葉亦好香脆 蠔餅:都算多蠔普寧豆醬焗牛田洋膏蟹:多膏肥美肚肉苦瓜煲:炆得好稔好入味沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭:第一次食呢個配搭,幾特別反沙芋頭:傳統甜品無理由唔食丫 總括而言,陳儀興嘅路線係平實而高雅,擺盤整齊簡潔,唔需要亦唔會好誇張,味道取勝。
