太安樓牛雜都好多人排隊,就買嚟試下。牛雜有大,中,細份,$60,$50,$40,價錢都唔平,$40都食到正餐飯麵😂所以單獨叫唔同部位試下,每份$9,都定要叫三份先賣。醬汁有幾款選擇,有芥辣,辣椒油,甜醬,辣醬。🍴三份牛雜 (牛肚,牛筯,蝴蝶腩) 加辣油 $27份量都足,叫咗多腩汁。腩汁味道咸咸哋,但冇乜滷水味,亦都唔濃。牛肚冇異味,好軟淋,牛筯都係好淋,有彈性,膠質會痴住個口,好正。蝴蝶腩好驚喜,有肉有筯,似淋咗嘅牛腩,好好食!加埋辣油,好香,但都幾辣,唔係好食得辣加少少好啦!推薦指數: 7.5/10整體嚟講好唔錯,唯獨個滷水唔夠香濃,炆得淋身,辣油香辣好加分,令牛雜提升到另一層次!
