To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太安樓有好多野食，但並唔係每一間都會令你想去試，有尐可能會係，好似幾好，但我今日想食.. 有尐係無特別，今日想食其他野 又或者係... 岩岩食左野，不如下次試呢間等... 今日我講既呢一間，我搬左黎咁耐都有以上講過既衝動，但我今日係一心去懲罰佢既，所以終於食左!個酸辣米線就正常既，唔太辣(對我黎講係唔辣)，煎魚餅係好食既，但就咸左少少，黑栢葉唔象筋，同埋個豬潤有驚喜喎!而個香茅豬扒又香又脆，要挑剔既就係無汁，不過佢有另外俾豉油既，個樽個味唔係就咁生抽但唔突出
