To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太差既體驗,平時在元朗食日式餐廳都會選擇魚一,不是第一兩次惠顧。首先上餐已慢,到來的可樂亦不夠凍,查詢店員說雪櫃是恆溫,都是一樣凍。等了很久,沙律先來,芒果蟹籽沙律,是臭的,叫店員退。等了很久的火炙拖羅,食晒d野仲未黎,追了一次,仲未黎,等待中周圍望,原來一直在桌上的牙簽筒是發毛的!救命,很失望
