今晚可以食到經歷幾十年的經典老字號的鳳城酒家, 非常榮幸!上到二樓見到古色古香、騰雲而起的飛龍飛鳳, 仍保留龍鳳大禮堂設計, 如時光倒流八十年代。主打順德菜的鳳城,都是手工菜,要有刀工、手工和炒工, 每道菜都有心思。尤其最欣賞招牌八寶鴨, 「八寶」的餡料不但配合得宜,而且初加工的工序也要講究。難怪鳳城食物水準一直維持在高水平。
