To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔係第一次嚟食，以往印象幾好，但今次實在太過份。隔離枱遲過我到，叫埋同一個set，食完俾埋錢走埋，我嗰個set都未到，眼見四周遲過我嚟叫埋同一個set既人陸續有得食，我終於忍唔住叫個waiter嚟問，第一個走左去有無check／check成點無返嚟同我講，等多陣我再問另一個waiter，我望住佢走去check完一輪拎住張單入廚房，無幾耐出返嚟同我講話on the way，於是我再等多十分鐘，結果我由1:20等到1:53，作為一個要返工而食飯時間只得一個鐘既人，呢個已經係極限，而其實就算佢1:55分真係嚟到份餐，我都無可能用五分鐘去鯨吞一塊扒，所以我最終係要搵第三個waiter叫佢cancel我個餐，成個lunch hour我只係不停地食左好多二手煙 (有問過想轉坐室內但個waiter係睇都唔睇就話室內滿座無得轉，而嗰陣已經過左最繁忙入座時間)，對呢間野我真係第一次咁失望，以後都唔會再嚟呢度食！
