石門美食·豐鍋雞煲「點解咁遲先發現到」過嚟喱邊做運動踩單車,做完運動太攰了,好想食肉仲要喺刺激味蕾。嚟到石門餐廳集中地京瑞廣場,經過見到間雞煲坐滿哂人,平日都咁旺場,一定要入去試下。估唔到,一試難忘,下次真喺要一大班人嚟試多啲款式。首先揀咗個雞煲先,佢都有分乾鍋同湯鍋,爆炒乾鍋就有佢招牌嘅麻辣雞煲,其餘三款都係湯底雞煲,分別有螺片花膠、花雕藥膳同椰子湯。今次做完運動都係想食重口味啲,叫咗佢招牌麻辣雞煲(半隻$178),店員特登提醒呢度嘅辣度,會比出面重少少,所以最後都係揀咗個BB辣。佢地嘅秘製醬汁,加上好多唔同香料爆炸之後就會上鍋上枱,呢度嘅雞都好嫩滑,見到佢哋全部都係即刻新鮮爆炒,絕對唔係預先整好晒,味道都好惹味,就係要呢一種色香味俱全嘅雞煲,唔同嘅香料配搭起上嚟,就係為咗陣間加湯嘅打邊爐。邊爐配料最令人驚喜嘅就係即炸爆芝紫菜響鈴(3件 $49),呢個響鈴裏面夾住一層芝士一層紫菜,浸落雞煲湯底再拎出嚟咬一啖,估唔到係咁夾,芝士同紫菜完全同湯底融合,食落去多重口感之餘味蕾上亦都好豐富,呢度菜式真係10萬個推薦,真係超級驚艷。十優狀丸($108),合共有5款自家手工丸,分別有蝦丸、墨魚丸

總括而言,呢間真係石門隱世 雞煲,仲有好多嘢未試,下次真係可以約多幾個三五知己一齊嚟試埋佢其他特色野,仲有海鮮都未試。但下次都要早啲book位,生意實在太好,平日都坐滿。
