To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚跟生意伙伴開會,約左係會公司後面一號九龍既稻香食飯,唔講都唔知依度原來有酒樓,環境亦寬敞朋友揸主意叫左幾味餸,先嚟既脆皮燒雞賣相不錯原隻上,都食嗰陣先知麻煩,要自己用交剪去剪開雞肉,最後索性手撕就算,味道正常但不算多肉汁,雞皮香口但整體太熟有點老,不過不失燒鵝皮脆香口肉味重,但醬汁極重味太鹹,加上碟底有蠟燭有火一路加熱燒鵝,醬汁水入揮發更鹹,食到要加滾水落醬汁度溝稀先食到,成件事出嚟效果不好花膠雞湯一入口以為偏清,點知越飲越鹹,味道不錯但味精感覺好重,飲完好頸渴。金銀蛋莧菜係最好食既一碟餸,莧菜頗粗有咬口,煮得亦剛好不會太硬或太淋,清清地平衡返之前太重味既肉類
