To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來香港生活2年半了，最近帶客人在城景國際住了幾晚，有天晚上懶得出去，大家又不想吃大堂的泰國菜於是去1樓看看，不想吃488的自助，於是只能去樂雅軒，看菜單價格都很貴，但是看門口掛著什麼法國藍帶美食協會頒發的認證標牌於是心想試下這裏的高檔粵菜，點了4個菜（住客8折後接近1千），其中3個都是推介菜，一上菜看到那擺盤就絕望了，簡直就跟深水埗普通餐廳一樣，簡直超級難吃，份量還非常少，吃了20年的粵菜第一次吃到這麽難吃的！！！客觀的講不是性價比低覺得難吃，出這個價錢給我吃大家樂大快活我都會滿意很多。絕對是一家宰住客的店！！！回想起我內地老家也有一家什麼藍帶協會頒證書的不好吃的餐廳，發現這個藍帶協會肯定也是個不入流的坑人美食協會！！！
