朋友生日，見天氣咁凍就特登過嚟打邊爐店鋪以中式宮廷風格叫左個新品雪白誘人龍躉木瓜魚湯鍋上枱煙霧迷漫，非常吸引木瓜係中間，木瓜上面放左好多龍躉片店員會先將龍躉片放回鍋中，然後就用刀切開木瓜，一滾起即刻飲左兩碗湯，好鮮甜牛肉拼盤(小)擺盤已經花過心思，牛肉雪花分明，味道濃郁有7款唔同牛部位選擇包括安格斯牛小排，手切牛頸肩，和牛金錢展，肥牛，牛黃喉，牛肉粒，牛舌伊比利亞橡果豬肉質爽口而味香，脂肪比例啱啱好黃金藏嬌和牛墨魚丸墨魚丸口感好好，入面仲收埋粒和牛大滾友雜菜拼盤食完咁多肉都要食菜平衡吓雜菜拼盤拼盤份量多又多款式啱哂唔同人嘅口味即炸黃金響鈴即叫即炸響鈴炸得勁鬆脆仲有鹹蛋黃碎係表面，非常惹味最後一壺竹蔗茅根，清涼解喝
