To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日與同學們來食午餐,我們全叫了午餐,窩蛋牛肉燜飯來到時我同學說無甚麼餸,但這個是一個粉飯底用了一個煲仔的形式去做一個飯,我也試了一下樣子看試去都似煲仔飯的顏色和色澤,食下去也很難怪她說沒有甚麼配料,只是單單的豉油味道,不過她的飯確實有一些配料在的,我見到牛肉,還有蕃茄還有一個窩蛋。令外一位叫了金針雲耳蒸雞,時間比我們的午餐久了一點點,但就普通一個女生可以食下去的份量,如果男生或者食量大,都有機會不太飽。我就叫了炒河粉,就用肉片跟滑蛋,肉片的色澤好看,但我食下去其實有粉東西的味,但肉是煮好,最後才放下去的,所以會差點。但她們叫了咖啡是很香的。就午餐來說可能一般,有機會下午茶很好喝。其實我想試試那個咖洋西多,不知道好食不。
