To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午5點幾去買外賣，叫了青瓜及木耳各一客當時不算人多,且店內都有好多空位，應該不算太忙的時候點知真係等到火都黎😤 五洗煮既涼拌小吃都要等超過30分鐘！！其間分別3次向店員（收銀個呀姐）查詢，都話幫我跟單，嗌咪入廚房仲要黑臉嗌左足足30分鐘後，個呀姐終於親身行入廚房幫我扲左袋外賣出黎回家一吃發現青瓜成碗得油，木耳則淡淡的，沒什麼味道，同平時其他分店食開的味道差很多😨
