To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

除夕夜諗住除夕夜去一間高級嘅酒店餐廳去食然後去倒數除夕夜已經係有minimum charges $1080一位人手嚴重不足每次搵親都係話等陣先等陣先一台10幾人都係得壹個侍應負責, 師父要既食材又係要呢一位拎來拎去一入去叫支sake都要等好耐等完又要塭塭完又要等,等完又要冇,甘大時大節,最common 既sake 係無,只有中價以上既我相信服務都係一間餐廳應該要關着嘅問題我亦都享受唔到呢間店舖嘅應有服務魚生方面都唔好講啦,最愛吃日本野嘅我都覺得選擇方面都好少,不過呢間主打係爐端燒所以都唔會特別挑剔佢喺魚生方面嘅食材。奇怪既設計,佢出菜同煮嘢食個設計好有問題,師傅無門走出來,困咗喺裏面燒,如果要出嚟拎啲特別嘅嘢,佢就要先用坐墊擺煮嘢食張枱然後再放另一張係客人食飯嘅枱面踹着出嚟,當然又係咁樣踩住左返去,煮嘢食當然裏面係冇得洗手。生燒到熟再切都無見洗手,只係得一塊濕毛巾抹。由於咁奇怪嘅設計當然就冇間隔都出菜位。好多時都係師傅用長嘅木版帶到客人面前,但係都會燒食物比另一台嘅客人就要經過侍應接應,當然倒瀉就預料之內。意外冇人想但係公司都負責賠償。 燒物味道唔錯,有興趣可以一試。
