To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望之選.....

六月頭食左個Lunch Buffet, 去時抱有期望, 走時只得失望.去到門口, 因為仲係非典後期, 有酒精消毒, 都幾好啦, 裝修同清潔都幾好. 話晒都係機場酒店, 咁應該質素有返咁上下啦. OK, 坐低飲左啖水就開始出去拎野食啦.我習慣就食冷盤先既, 出到去見到有生蠔, 凍蝦, 青口之類, 跟住搵下三文魚刺身去左邊, 搵左一輪, 終於比我證實左係冇既, 頂....算我個friend食第2round就食蛋糕, 佢一放入口, 我淨係聽到一聲慘叫"好難食呀!!".....好唔好食見人見志, 好...又唔同你計..到我出去第2round, 另一個friend就好鍾意食生蠔, 佢同我講話千祈唔好食生蠔, 我問佢點解佢話d生蠔唔干淨, 好多沙, 我試過一隻咁大把, 的確"索索"聲, 唔敢再試啦.其他野冇咩特別, 都係一d普通野, 唔係話特別好食. ok, 到食生果啦, 西瓜同蜜瓜都好淡唔甜, 好似係仲未熟果隻添. 糖水都係紅豆沙之類既普通野, 係熱既, 算.....我有friend拎到Tiramisu返黎, 不過聽佢地講都係唔好食, 好似話冇Tiramisu既味道, 冇芝士味...我冇食過..

仲傳聞話會有TCBY雪榚啦, 去到現場證實左係冇既, 可能係我果日冇啦, 呢樣唔清楚啦. 去到雪榚個櫃, 成日都見到有幾個人等緊, 個個都出盡九牛之虎之力訓晒身落去撓, 好明顯d雪榚硬得好緊要. 我去到望一望幾個筒都係得返d邊位剩餘少量既雪榚, 我已經放棄.
但係有friend既男友好辛苦咁撓左一碗返黎, 基本上唔可以用一舊雪榚黎形容, 只可以用一堆或者一疊黎形容. 因為成碗都係碎晒,一片片咁形成既. 其他人見到就好羡慕佢有雪榚食, 但係我見到佢係度苦笑.
係咩牌子既雪榚都唔介意啦, 但係我覺得d雪榚冇都唔去加真係好過份. 唔係到尾段先冇呀, 一開始到尾我都見到d人佢筒拎出黎撓得好辛苦.
臨走飲返杯熱檸茶, 原來d檸"更"冇晒, 又冇人加, 見尾段時間, 都癈事問佢拎, 用食飯果支"更"攪算..... ~>.<~
