To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得星期日放假諗住出黎試下新野掃下雷點知一掃就中伏又貴又難食，連壺茶都無味，平時office 翻沖五六次個茶包都濃味過佢最基本既點心都未做好 走黎做Fusion，叫左個一龍大滿足同龍燒賣，十粒野無一粒正常，連最普通既燒賣都難食過街邊嗰啲點心鋪。 個蝦多士得一浸千年油味，同要連埋舊蝦殼係中間又唔食得，唔想整污糟隻手成舊放入口仲有㔆親，啲嘢食處理好先拎出嚟俾人食啦，留返，喺度做乜，拎嚟打卡都唔係靚啦。服務又差，入去食餐飯，俾人當臭四請都唔會再黎 痴能線 真係屎都好食過佢
