To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望既酒店晚餐

痴住朋友黎到呢間係酒店入面既餐廳食晚餐，開始都預期會係好西，食完覺得失望，唔值，得相呃到下人。我地叫左Dinner set,每個人都3xx起，包前菜/餐湯+面包+主菜+甜品+餐飲餐湯有南瓜湯同海龍皇湯，朋友叫南瓜湯，睇上去幾濃下，配包食幾好。我就叫左海龍皇湯，海鮮湯黎，舊魚同青口都好食，但係本身個湯我就覺得太咸。面包有啡包同黑包，我覺得黑包好食d，但係我叫既海龍皇湯配唔到黎食。之後就到主菜，我地都係叫左牛扒，5成熟，唔差既，中上，但係無咩驚喜，燒燒地部分幾好食，我就鐘意舊茄子。甜品影落就幾好睇，兩款都好睇但食落麻麻，雞蛋仔芭菲，雞蛋仔好食，入面仲有層綠色餡，但係同d雪糕/cream唔夾。冬甩雪糕就得個樣。。個冬甩係2塊冬甩形狀既面包，唔係甜食既個種冬甩😅😅總結就失望而回，呢個價錢唔似係酒店餐廳食到既水準🥲

餐湯有南瓜湯同海龍皇湯，朋友叫南瓜湯，睇上去幾濃下，配包食幾好。我就叫左海龍皇湯，海鮮湯黎，舊魚同青口都好食，但係本身個湯我就覺得太咸。
面包有啡包同黑包，我覺得黑包好食d，但係我叫既海龍皇湯配唔到黎食。
