To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟呢度食過好幾次,今晚呢餐唔係好滿意。首先係呢度必點嘅片皮鴨。過往響呢度或者旺角分店食都冇問題,但今日嘅餅皮好「黐」紙,幾乎張張都爛左。我地5個都有呢個comment。 同埋唔知點解上完凍盤,第二個菜就係片皮鴨。到差不多食完隻鴨,有個服務員埋嚟講我地點嘅魚賣哂,個陣已經落左單超過半小時。問過佢點解唔早d講,佢有解釋但戴住口罩其實聽唔到。到呢度我對佢上菜嘅次序同點嘅菜唔available 之餘又遲通知,我已經扣左分。隔左一陣有人嚟換碟,只係佢放左隻新碟響枱面,唔講野又冇眼神接觸,so 邊個拎起個碗?ok, 我做。之後我地叫左甜品,都係佢過嚟,拋咗個叉響我個筷子匙羹架。好輕力嘅,位置唔準甘解。點解唔可以放低個叉?Btw呢間分店到8點都唔係滿座。 食完甜品我地都只不過坐多左15-20分鐘,期間想搵服務員攞牙籤,見到佢一見我地揮手就拎起部碌卡機。呢下真係好唔高興。到最後埋單,呢位服務員第二次拎卡機,今次做啱喇。佢俾番收據我時不發一言。即係唔該、多謝都冇。入得嚟食咩價錢埋單心裡有數,亦唔係覺得自己係上賓。但今晚嘅dining experience 真係好一般。價錢包埋服務,要收就麻煩俾番相對嘅服
