To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望的一餐 真心唔會再去

味道普普通通，份量少，環境差，服務：菜等好久；食物質素失望，有手捲同華御結壽司一樣用膠帶封不是即做；座位窄數量少；衛生好差，上手飯粒還在，餐具仲有油；叫左刺身三文魚壽司同焗菇收尾，菇上面的cheese不熱，三文魚不新鮮，除了烏龍麵跟牛油果壽司還算可以（雖然牛肉烏龍麵調味重了），其他根本不值…還有炸物冷了又軟了，最失望服務：菜太久上桌了，其他還可以omelet 壽司味道還可以，蝦非常不新鮮綜合：希望有改善啦 畢竟以前真的還不錯 至少會飽
