食咗咁多次Omakase,第一次有咁差嘅經驗當日我哋book咗7pm,準時到達,叫咗「18道 - 櫻」HK$ 798,等咗10分鐘,前菜都未上,在場有2組客,包括我哋,而師傅得一個。個職員走嚟聲稱佢哋啲日本食材空運嚟,航班delay,啲食材啱啱先到要時間準備,要等多10分鐘先開始。其間只見師傅都係抹下刀,整理下bar枱啲碗碗碟碟。等到7:25pm都未開始😐見師傅問職員仲有幾耐,職員話好快,之後師傅畀咗啲枝豆話請我哋食…好啦,7:30pm 有第三組客到,師傅即刻開始🙄所有魚生食材都係bar枱下面雪櫃拎出嚟…明顯我哋等咗半個鐘唔係等「空運嘅食材」,係等「遲到嘅第三組客」。咁嘅價錢,咁嘅服務,一肚氣。我哋買完單走個陣過陣響門口問個職員,佢仲講大話係等食材,直至個師傅出嚟了解件事,先同我哋話唔好意思😒當我經驗不足,但我未試過食omakase要等半個鐘等麻隔離枱先開始囉😤食物方面,不過不失,份量偏少,識合女士,男士未必夠飽。食材算生鮮,魚生種類一般,欠缺時令魚生,而魚生調味方面唔算出色,炙燒魚生方面差少少,CP值低。而最敗筆係個魚湯,完全無魚嘅鮮味,好似飲緊腐皮水咁,寧願無呢道菜
