To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望的下午茶

今日約朋友去葵興商場見整完野就找下午茶食，見到有間如富上海麵館價錢又唔貴而且趕到下午茶餐，就坐下食，但價錢好怪，小籠包有2個價錢細問下原來第三個價錢，不過我地都照叫了再加每人一個麵配飲品。其實餐廳不多人但待應都有點亂，等了一陣就來到餃子粗麵，餃子大小都正常但沒有汁，麵質口感都幾好，熱檸檬茶好難飲，好苦就算加糖都飲唔到。另外再叫小籠包4粒，薑絲要問先有，小籠包好濕又薄，所以直情未拿得好高已經爛晒，湯汁一來沒有了，二來肉都好細粒不好食，朋友飲的豆漿就正常，價錢不叫貴但質素就試一次就夠。
