To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間六星級酒店嘅自助餐價錢大約五百幾蚊（星期六自助午餐）環境比預期中細食物款式不太多座位較一般矮身坐得都唔係好舒服所以都有些失望（與半島酒店自助餐比較）坐落103層樓景觀都OK但係唔會有好大驚喜座位麻麻哋朋友出入都好麻煩因為好多座位都靠邊餐廳應該要多留意海鮮都OK朋友都讚啲生蠔好味細細粒容易食沙律真係比較普通所以都冇咩食所有菜式基本上都好一般味道合格但係唔會有太多驚喜甜品種類超多買相亦非常靚特別推介朱古力甜品總括來說：六星級酒店嘅期望，實在有點失望，最後都係推介半島酒店！🤣🤣🤣
