昨天同家人去了試呢間餐廳,從點餐到上菜足足等了45分鐘,期間追了3次單,侍應都係敷衍對待。 最後發現原來係漏單,經再三催促後,終於有嘢食,但係中途又上錯食物,因為呢間餐廳吾係用QR code 點餐,係人手落單,經理解釋話係侍應入錯單! 本人覺得呢間餐廳名過於實,收費一流,服務九流!員工應多加培訓,用心工作,做出香港好客精神!
