To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逢有敍會必想起馬鞍山海王,今天叫了個 "珍超值" 菜單,主要想食東星班,一向食的都是紅色,但來了條黑色的,問經理是什麼魚,他說東星有黑色的,立刻上網查吓,原來真有的,只是最低級,唔想壽星唔開心,照食啦,但食入口好嚡,食開的東星就算蒸過熟亦唔會嚡。此餐有龍蝦、燒鵝,食完兩味,各人的碟都滿是骨和殻,可是沒伙記理會,直至全部餸菜食完晒,差不多走,才有人來換碟,唔明為何這時換,總之對海王極失望,以後敍會唯有另找食市了。
