To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 失望的炸雞脾

當然，對連鎖快餐的食物不要有過高期望，是常識。但是，當店家將很多年前賴以起家的食物放進MENU裡，是否應該做好一點呢﹖今天執完屋，和寶貝去吃下午茶。見到下午茶餐牌上有炸雞脾餐，心想不會太離譜，叫了，另叫了一客西多士跟紅豆冰。$44。等了十五分鐘，姨姨將食物送上。看見賣相，心感不妙。雞肶大小還可以的，不過看樣子明顯是翻炸，外皮硬，肉更硬，淡而無味。寶貝的西多士比它味道好得多。如沒記錯，九龍灣日月星叫個雞髀餐價錢都是差不多吧，但整體上好得多。如果可以，真想找天午飯時間再去吃一次.....日月星應該不肯送外賣送到九展那麼遠吧﹖
