To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友在旺角工作,常常看到這間冰室想試一試,最後就大約9:00入去,沒想到平日都差不多滿座。入到去價錢都預咗貴少少,不過我哋諗住試一次,所以只係嗌咗兩個特餐,朋友食嘅雪菜肉絲茄暗烈味道正常。但係我叫嘅蕃茄濃湯湯底十分之淡味好失望,叫咗米線口感可以,鮮牛肉和豬潤,感覺上沒有味道好似熱開水沒有味道,而我飲的茶走有茶香,但係口感不太滑。麵包多士夠厚身,牛油都不少,這個好吃。結帳大約不用$120 ,但是這個質素在其他餐廳都可以食到更好,可能試過這一次就夠了。
