To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這是一道我們期待而久的菜色,可惜北京填鴨不在我們身旁切都算了,連原隻給我們拍照的服務都沒有,最過份的是上菜的時候它已經是凍的了,這種服務簡直讓我們失望頂透!

雖然餐廳聲稱是半隻的份量,但是我們覺得實際上只有 1/3 或 1/4的份量,幸好鴨肉的比例都算多,而且肉質都算嫩滑可口,鮮美多汁,同時醬汁的味道亦香甜可口,包皮也煙煙韌韌,但是整體味道仍然和正宗的北京填鴨還有一段距離

這是全場最美味,而且賣相最「大方得體」的菜式,鮑魚的質感煙煙韌韌,每一口都很有嚼勁,同時鮑魚芡汁亦十分出色,充滿著濃濃的鮑魚香氣,香飄十里,滋味非常,最後再配上柔軟嫩滑,香甜美味的花菇,味道立即更上一層樓,簡直完美得無懈可擊,美味得讓人久久縈繞!

總結來說,可能我們一開始對北京樓的期望比較高,認為它是一間比較高級的酒樓,而且 Openrice的評語亦相當不錯,的而且確它的環境是幾舒適的,但是無論是食物的質素,抑或是侍應的服務態度,都比一般的酒樓水準差,下次我們都是吃「城中鴨子」算了
