To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近啟田商場新開了兩間餐廳,之前我便嚐試過其中一間餐廳~「韓樂」的下午茶,於是今天晚上我們順便嚐試另一間餐廳~「木兆小品」的晚餐了,不過進來之後才發現,原來這間餐廳和之前的「桃園製作」是屬於同一個集團的,而且旁邊的「韓樂」亦都是一樣的No.1【鐵鍋酸菜烤魚】$108我們都是被這間餐廳的鐵鍋酸菜烤魚吸引進來的,可惜這份酸菜烤魚和坊間的川菜餐廳相比,質素簡直是差天共地,完全沒有任何可比性,茶餐廳果然只有港式食品才做得出色烤魚明顯炸得太長時間了,導致肉質十分結實,而且即使湯底十分香辣濃郁,但是魚肉依然沒有任何味道,淡而無味的,我吃了一小口便已經想放棄了至於午餐肉則只是普通罐頭的貨色,並沒有什麼特別,而薯粉的質感雖然有些軟爛,但是吸湯能力卻相當出色,每一口都有滋有味,五味俱全,是這道菜色中最美味的食物No.2【薑蔥霸皇雞煲】$72雞肉和酸菜烤魚一樣明顯都是煮得太久了,令到肉質變得非常粗糙,每一口都相當堅韌無比,幸好雞的鮮味和調味料都算香濃,總算讓人能夠勉強下嚥No.3【燉湯】$15今天的燉湯是猴頭菇蟲草花湯,由於猴頭菇和蟲草花的精華完美滲透進湯水中,所以我們滿口都充斥著濃濃的猴頭菇香氣之餘,同

今天的燉湯是猴頭菇蟲草花湯,由於猴頭菇和蟲草花的精華完美滲透進湯水中,所以我們滿口都充斥著濃濃的猴頭菇香氣之餘,同時亦嚐到一絲絲淡淡蟲草花的氣息,芳香四溢,香飄十里,餘韻更在口中久久不散,美味得讓人吮指回味,一試傾心!

這間餐廳的凍檸茶和旁邊的「韓樂」一樣,都是採用一種新技術,將檸檬溶化在紅茶中,但是個人覺得這樣會導致味道十分苦澀,我還是比較喜歡傳統的凍檸茶

總結來說,今次只有燉湯的味道最出色,其餘兩道菜色的味道簡直是不堪入目,至於旁邊的「韓樂」晚餐我之前亦在其他地方品嚐過,同樣都是十分難吃,我應該是不太喜歡「桃園製作」旗下餐廳出品的食物了
