To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經在沙田大快活食過好好食的魚柳早餐,今早到大圍照辦煮碗叫了魚柳滑蛋早餐。。點知中伏了!!一拎碟野埋位已經覺得塊魚柳個樣子和顏色有d古怪,點知切落去發覺真係完全唔脆的,原本諗住可能都係炸完放得耐又或者翻叮所以稔左,點知食落口就覺得魚肉好唔新鮮!好似霉霉地咁,仲有d粉紅色咁。 食左幾啖已經冇食了。好彩份滑蛋都保持水準幾好味幾嫩滑,塊多士就正常啦。反而杯咖啡有驚喜,原來大快活的咖啡幾好飲的,唔苦澀,幾香!下次唔會再在呢間大快活食魚柳
