To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看到食評不錯到來一試,怕晚飯多人無位,中午十二點多來到,好像員工都未準備好,都不願意招呼(可能只得兩個人的關係),進來後有個阿叔帶我們去選擇海鮮,選了聖子、賴尿蝦、花螺及鮑魚仔,本想選兩隻大一點的賴尿蝦,但那些員工都不大願意給我們挑選一些大的賴尿蝦(明明叫他給我選大的),一句到尾~一次便夠了~埋單每人$550
