To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛油果，杏仁，水煮蛋及煙三文魚配sourdough ($158)其實，淨係食個view😅😅😅，水煮蛋正正常常，唔算突出，avocado sauce係薄薄一層，麵包一般，唔香唔軟；salad dressing應該係檸檬汁，冇乜質感，得個酸字，分數3.5/10價錢係普通Cafe嘅double，但水準不如一般cafe，本來滿心歡喜，一心諗住食好野，結果係失望而回，下午茶都唔會試但係公平啲，服務態度，環境，衛生都非常之好
